Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During launch periods, promotions or high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the product complies with local import laws and regulations. Andie Body is not responsible for products delayed, rejected or seized by customs authorities.
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, failure to collect or refusal to pay customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our ingestible products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:
returns@andiebody.com
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
Returned products must:
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
• Be in original packaging
• Be in a resalable condition
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless required under New Zealand consumer law.
What Is Not Considered a Fault
The following do not constitute faults and are not eligible for refund:
• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Perceived lack of desired cosmetic outcome
• Failure to achieve expected or subjective results
• Failure to follow usage directions
• Individual variation in response
Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, colour changes or timelines.
Faulty Products
If a product does not comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the issue constitutes a minor or major failure.
Where required under New Zealand consumer law, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping for confirmed faulty items.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned product has been received and assessed.
Promotional Items
Complimentary, bonus or promotional items included in an order are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andie Body’s liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price paid.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
